Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every Canvas by Usman piece. If something isn't right, we've kept the process simple, fair, and fully transparent.

1. Eligibility Window

All return, refund, or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Beyond this period, we are unable to entertain any claim relating to defects or change of mind.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or differs from what you ordered:

• Report it within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+92 313 5504493) or email (support@canvasbyusman.pk).
• Share clear photos and a short video as proof, with the brand label/tag intact.
• Once verified, you may choose either an exchange or a refund — at no delivery cost to you.

Exchange: Subject to stock availability, we dispatch the replacement and collect the original bag through our delivery partner at the time of handover. No charges apply.

Refund: Our delivery partner collects the parcel from you. Once the courier confirms pickup, your refund is initiated immediately and credited within 0.5-12 hours to your preferred account (Bank, EasyPaisa, JazzCash etc). Only the product amount is refunded; the original delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. Change of Mind (Exchange Only)

If the product is exactly as ordered but you'd simply prefer a different bag, we're happy to exchange it within the 7-day window, subject to:

• A flat Rs. 300 replacement delivery charge, payable at the time of delivery.
• The bag being unused and in its original, intact packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Availability of the requested item in our inventory.

We then arrange collection of the original bag and dispatch your replacement. Change-of-mind requests are eligible for exchange only — refunds do not apply.

4. Conditions for All Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, every returned parcel must:

• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, free of stains or odor, with no missing tags or labels.
• Include the original packaging and the original sales invoice/receipt.
• Clearly state the Order Number and reason for return inside the package.

All requests are subject to inspection upon receipt, and Canvas by Usman reserves the right to decline any claim that does not meet these conditions.

We share tracking details and receipts at every step, so the entire process stays transparent from start to finish.
